Who it’s for

Minute Book for unions

For union officers, branch secretaries and research staff. See what NHS boards and their committees were told about staffing, workforce plans and safety, in the organisations where your members work.

What it’s for

What you can do with it

  • See what a board was told about staffing levels, vacancies and the use of agency staff, in its own words.
  • Follow the trusts and health boards where your members work, and see their new papers in one place.
  • Compare how different boards have handled the same issue.
  • Quote the papers in a briefing or a negotiation, with the page and a link to the original.

Searching is free, with no account. Results come from the papers we hold, and we don’t hold every organisation’s papers for every year. See which years we hold for each organisation.

Features

What helps most

  • Follow organisations

Follow any organisation from its page, free and with no limit. Your Alerts page lists its new papers and the coroners’ reports sent to it, newest first. A weekly email tells you what’s new, or a daily one if you prefer.

  • Watched phrases

Watch a phrase everywhere, in one nation or at one organisation. When new papers or coroners’ reports mention it, we email you the passage with a link to the source.

  • Folders and notes

Save a passage at its page, or a whole document, with a private note. Download a folder’s references when you write up.

  • Citations ready to paste

Every result has Copy reference: a simple reference, or OSCOLA, Harvard or Vancouver, or a download for Zotero, EndNote or Mendeley. Each gives the page, the meeting date and the original’s address.

  • One account for your team

The Organisation plan puts colleagues on one account with one bill. Invite people by email, or let anyone with your email domain join. Share folders across the team.
