Search the public record of UK health care.
What NHS boards were told, what coroners warned them about, what CQC inspectors found and what local Healthwatch heard from patients. Every passage links to the original document.
Searching is free, and so is the link to every original document. A free account also opens our copy of 3 documents a month, where the publisher allows it.

Four public sources, searched together and easy to quote
Board, committee and governors’ papers
Agendas, packs and minutes from trusts, health boards, ICBs, integration joint boards, regulators and national organisations in all four nations. We label drafts, check again for the approved version and show what changed.
The Medical Director said crews were looking after patients in corridors while waiting to hand over, and that this was not a safe use of ambulances.
Coroners’ Prevention of Future Deaths reports
After an inquest, a coroner can write a Prevention of Future Deaths report if they think more deaths could happen unless something changes. It goes to the organisations that could act, and they have 56 days to reply.
We show the deadline and whether a reply has been published on judiciary.uk. A reply may have been sent but not yet published.
CQC ratings and inspection reports
The Care Quality Commission’s current ratings for each NHS trust in England, and the inspection reports it has published, on the trust’s page beside its own papers. Kept apart, so a CQC report is never shown as the trust’s own words.

Local Healthwatch reports
What patients and carers told their local Healthwatch: Enter and View visits, surveys and reports to the NHS. The independent patient voice, beside the papers of the services it reports on.
Several people said they had waited on trolleys in a corridor overnight, and that they could not find a member of staff to ask for help.
Built for quoting and following up
Every passage comes with its source
Who met or who reported, the date and the page, a link to the original, and a citation ready to paste. Search knows NHS shorthand: A&E also finds “emergency department”.
Know when a draft changes
Minutes are often published before the board approves them. We check again after 3 days, a week and a month, and show what changed in the approved version.
Email when a watched phrase is mentioned
Watch a phrase, an organisation or both. When new board papers or coroners’ reports mention it, we email you the passage with a link to the source.
Save passages to folders
Keep what you find with a private note on each item, and share folders with your team on an Organisation plan.
Who it’s for
Anyone who needs to know what was decided, what was found and when, without reading hundreds of pages.
